The GOAL!
June 29, 2010I read somewhere that you are to envision yourself skinny in order to receive good weight loss results. How is that possible when you have never been thin?! I might be a little bit of a day dreamer but I definitely can't imagine myself that.
Don't you hate looking at those charts for your 'ideal weight' for your height? There is no way I could ever be 140 pounds! NO WAY! Therefore, I'm setting a goal that I find reasonable....200 pounds! I would LOVE to get down to 200! After I reach that goal weight I will then set another one.
Ps...I can't seem to give out my starting weight yet. Let me work on it!
