The GOAL!

I read somewhere that you are to envision yourself skinny in order to receive good weight loss results. How is that possible when you have never been thin?! I might be a little bit of a day dreamer but I definitely can't imagine myself that.
Don't you hate looking at those charts for your 'ideal weight' for your height? There is no way I could ever be 140 pounds! NO WAY! Therefore, I'm setting a goal that I find reasonable....200 pounds! I would LOVE to get down to 200! After I reach that goal weight I will then set another one.

Ps...I can't seem to give out my starting weight yet. Let me work on it!
