Day Two....the plan

Where do I start?? Its so overwhelming! I'm not looking for a Diet... but a Lifestyle!  I think I have tried about every diet out there. Not to mention the numerous fad drugs and workout videos. The only thing I ever found successful was the Atkins diet. I lost over 40 pounds in less than a year but I found I gained it all back plus more when I went off of it. The diet was unhealthy and I couldn't live my life with no carbs so the diet wasn't for me. If only I could enjoy my carbs and still lose weight!
I think to start things off I'm going to start counting my calories and limited them to 1500 a day. I'm also going to cut back on my carbs, sugar and alcohol intake.

Next thing I need to work on is my exercise routine. I stopped smoking about 120 days ago in hopes that I could someday run a marathon! Tonight I will go for a jog. Wonder how far I will get?
