Multivitamin and multimineral
Vitamin D (2,000 units)
L-carnitine (300 milligrams 2x day)
coenzyme Q10 (30 milligrams 2x day)
magnesium glycinate (100 to 150 milligrams 2x day)
PGX (2-5 grams before every meal)
Probiotics (10-20 billion CFU 2x day)
MCT oil (1-2 tbsp a day)
Electrolytes (capful 2x day)
Potato Starch (1-2 tbsp 2x day)
Considering also taking the following if constipation symptoms arise:
Digestive Enzymes
Magnesium citrate
LaxaBlend
Buffered Ascorbic acid
