Sugar sugar sugar

The first few days on the diet I thought "this is going to be easy, I have no cravings!" That's when the 5th day hit and so did the sugar cravings!! I always seem to crave something sweet after supper. I can do this, I can do this!!!

I thought the photo below was so shocking. Good thing I don't drink soda. I do know some people that drink 5-8 sodas a day! Maybe I should send them this visual.
